Sire: CH Prattmandu Simply Marbleous

This was the very last litter from Akashi and Marbleous, who have made such beautiful babies.  I asked Kashi to make two girls for me, one to continue on here, and one for my Best Friend, Sharron Henderson Goller of LaGallerie Bengals.

Akashi obliged.  She had exactly two girls.  At first, I knew which one was for me.  Finally, they had put the "Itsie" pattern on the girl with the thick tail!  Finally!!  So she got named "Marbleous Finale."  Made sense since this was their last litter!

The girl I was sure I would give to Sharron, I called Little Sister until I was sick of singing Billy Idol songs.  Then I just switched it to French (petite souer).  But I could not call a cat by a name that in English sounds like "seIr."  So, she became Ma Petite Chouchou (literally, "My Little Cabbage"), a French term of endearment.

In the end, when the time for choosing came, I let Sharron pick.  So Finnie is at LaGallerie, and Chouchou is here.  This tickles my heart.  I love humorous irony.

Sire: Stonesriver Loki of Uniqueprints

This litter was born in the midst of the much publicized controversy of the British school teacher in the Sudan who had alloId her students to name their classroom teddy bear "Muhammed."  People actually wanted to sentence her to death for this.  So to honor Gillian Gibbons, I tried to name this litter appropriately.

Mo's name is obvious, and he was the first to be named.  A boy kitten born under these circumstances had to be named "Mo."  The rest of the name came later. This pic is of Mo on the saddle in the bedroom.

Noriko is the name of my best friend in college.  She was from Japan, and was one of the sweetest people I've ever met.

This litter was born during a spectacular thunderstorm, hence their nicknames.  ThunderBird  (Prattmandu Too Marbleous for Words, now called "Todd") can be seen at http://www.jujukats.com/savannahs.html .   

Staying Here

Nicknamed for the Norse god of thunder.  Yep he has a set of lungs on him and loves to sing!  He plays up a storm, too!  Notice his lightning-bolt pattern.  He has grown into those ears as our boys do, and his tail is nice and thick.

Nicknamed for the most beautiful lenticular clouds (those lovely, flat swirly clouds with variants of shading).  Lenny was my sweetest boy.  He is playful and flies after toys.

Joey is a sweet little boy.  He slept on Bobbi Jean's shoulder at night.  He is quite the people's cat - he doesn't seem to be afraid of strangers at all.  He reminds us a lot of Rubah (King of Prattmandu).  He is currently charming his new family in Oklahoma.

Roo is a darling cat who needs to be spoiled in a perfect home.  She has one little quirk:  she won't eat cat food.  She is happy with a raw chicken thigh rubbed with taurine powder, but really loves the recipe at www.catnutrition.org.  It sounds like a high maintenance thing, but if you can make vitamin supplemented meatloaf once every month or two and freeze it, it's a breeze.

This litter is stunning.  They bring the famous Prattmandu clarity in a tri-colored marble to very interesting patterns.  This will be the ONLY litter of kittens out of RW GC Prattmandu Itsa Marbleous feeling.  We really hate to lose those genes, but will make some of them available as pets for $900.

This guy is a talker!  His original nickname (Curtis) comes from Jamie Lee Curtis, who is renowned for her screaming ability in her early horror flicks.  The photos really do not show off his pattern, as he is all bunched up, but you can see that tri-coloring beginning to come in.  Harley has been placed with Linda and Ron McGinnis as a show alter.  We are thrilled!  He will make his debut at Marshall in March.

He is lighter in color than his siblings, a real red-head like his feline grandpa, so he was named after Bobbi Jean's mom.  (This litter was due on her birthday, so human Grandma claimed them, and yep: she's a redhead.)  He is a very handsome, sweet boy available as show/breeder or pet.

We can't say enough about this awesome  little girl.  She got Bobbi Jean's mom's childhood nickname.  At times we call her "Double Plus Good" for the plus sign on her right shoulder.  Check out that profile, ears and tail!  Oh, and then there's the gorgeous pattern!  We will be keeping this girl as our little Princess.

This girl is in-your-face sweet - she always comes running to us wanting to be loved.  Named for my mama, she is a wonderful little girl with a chaotic pattern and very unusual facial coloring.  She was placed as a pet with her brother, Harley.

She's a sweetheart of a girl!  She deals with people on a very personal level.  She responds to her name and looks directly into your eyes when you talk to her or call her name.  She's a pretty girl, and a great cuddler!
